Home Inspection

It is imperative that you conduct a thorough home inspection.    I will recommend to you several reputable home inspectors, septic/sewer line inspectors, and I absolutely recommend an oil tank sweep to eliminate any possibility of an oil tank.  In addition I will do an OPRA search at the town level and request information on open and closed permits, oil tank history, and septic history, if applicable. I will always forward my finding to you so that you are well informed!
